Product(s) can be returned within 48 hours only if the jewellery piece is clearly shown as missing or defective in the unboxing video. Product(s) cannot be returned under any other circumstances. Please note that refunds are not provided; eligible orders will receive a replacement product.
To ensure that your PRAO product remains in the best possible condition over an extended period of time, please observe the advice below to avoid damage:
Store your jewellery in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
Avoid contact with water.
Avoid hard contact (i.e. knocking against objects) that can scratch or chip the gemstones.
Remove jewellery before washing hands, swimming, and/or applying products (e.g. perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion), as this could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating.
Please Note: PRAO fashion jewellery is meant for occasional use only. It’s not meant for regular or daily use. Please take care of your jewellery and store it properly to avoid fading of coating/plating. However, if the plating is faded due to regular use, kindly feel free to send it to us and we will do the re-plating absolutely free of charge. The product needs to be delivered at the PRAO office at your cost and we will deliver it back to you at our cost, if it is within the warranty period.
