Return Policy

Eligibility for Return

  1. Kindly share an unboxing video recording the entire process of opening the fully packed parcel, as you received it from PRAO.
  2. Returns are accepted only for: 
    • Broken or damaged products
    • Missing products
    • Wrong item received

In the cases mentioned above, refunds are not permitted. Only new items will be shipped again.


Unboxing Video Requirements

  1. An unboxing video is mandatory for all return claims.
  2. Your video must clearly show:
    • The sealed package as received
    • The full unboxing process
    • The product inside highlights the issue

Note: Claims without a proper unboxing video cannot be processed.


Initiating a return request

1.   Kindly share your Order ID and Contact Number with us.

2.   Upload at least 2 clear photos of the product.

3.   Submit the unboxing video.

4.   Email all details to help@prao.com.


Warranty Policy (Size, Fit & Quality Issues)

·         Size or quality concerns reported after 48 hours require you to send the product to our warehouse.

·         Our team will perform a Quality Assessment (QA).

·         Based on QA, the item will be repaired or replaced.

·         The updated or replacement product will be shipped back to you.

Note: Refunds are not available under warranty claims—only repair or replacement.


Processing Time

Please allow 24–48 working hours for review and processing after submitting your return request with all required details.


Additional Important Notes

Products must be returned in original packaging.

Claims submitted long after delivery may not be accepted.

Items damaged by customer misuse are not eligible for return or warranty.

Reshipped articles are non-refundable.


Terms & Conditions for Returns and Warranty

  • Product(s) can be returned within 48 hours only if the jewellery piece is clearly shown as missing or defective in the unboxing video. Product(s) cannot be returned under any other circumstances. Please note that refunds are not provided; eligible orders will receive a replacement product.
  • If you still face any issue apart from broken, wrong or missing articles, you can raise your request on mail and send us those articles at our warehouse for repairing or replacement. Kindly ensure doing this within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Our team will perform a Quality Assessment (QA). Based on QA, the item will be repaired or replaced. The replacement product will be shipped back to you.
  • Please allow us 24–48 working hours for review and processing after submitting your return request with all required details.
  • Replaced and exchanged articles are non-refundable.

 Terms & Conditions for Cancellation

·         We cannot cancel your order once dispatched or shipped. 

·         If you cancel any order after shipment, refund will be given as store credit deducting the shipping charges. Only price of the article will be credited in your store credit section. 

·         Special festival occasion offer articles are not eligible for cancellation and refund. 

·         No special and separate gift boxes provided for individual orders.

·         Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
