Please note that refunds are not provided; eligible orders will receive a replacement product.
To ensure that your PRAO product remains in the best possible condition over an extended period of time, please observe the advice below to avoid damage:
Store your jewellery in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.

However, if the plating is faded due to regular use, kindly feel free to send it to us and we will do the re-plating absolutely free of charge. The product needs to be delivered at the PRAO office at your cost and we will deliver it back to you at our cost, if it is within the warranty period.
